Ive seen these bags, and only really tried jabbing and right crossing them, but if i got one and used it for say.. 20min a day or 30 would it improve my accuracy quickly? using all the punches possible.

It would improve your accuracy. It will make you a better puncher, technically, if you pay attention to your hands. By that I mean where on your knuckles your are hitting the bag. If, for example, you are hitting it on the outside knuckles of your right hand, you'll know that your timing is off, probably because you are waving the right hand instead of driving it.
For years I did several rounds a day on a 'peanut' bag, about 6" in diameter and it really paid off.
I like to hit it from different angles in each combo. I find if I hit it with just straights that it's to easy to hit, it requires basically no timing... Its bound to hit your fist sooner or later. If you go from a cross to a hooketc then your timing and accuracy need to be spot on.
alright, im gonna look into getting one. how much should a good one cost?
