i was watching the movie warrior a few nights ago, and in the last fight, he breaks the guys shoulder and can only use his other arm.. wouldnt the ref. just end it then..

I dont know mate I havent seen it. I doubt that fighting on is illegal.
I think the ref would ask the wounded fighter and his corner men if he wanted to continue.
Its up to them.
