How the fuck did Ogogo get that win? Fools can't count for shit. Count back score isn't 52-52. It's 53-52 in favor of Khytrov

Did the "check hook" exist before Floyd ironed out Ricky? The bird commentating on boxing has said "check hook" about a dozen times in the last few bouts.

I've noticed the same thing and yes it did exist before Ricky and Floyd got together. I'm sure that was a rhetorical question but I jumped on it anyway.

Razor Ruddock's smash was a check hook but they never called it that. I think our British fighters have had a few gifts but i thought Stalker was hard done by just now.

I thought Stalker was pretty unlucky there.

I don't think we have had hometown advantage really. I know Joshua got a dodgy one for him but I just think the judging generally is a complete lottery. Stalker was hard done by and that Savannah Marshall was a bit harshly treated.

I went to it on Saturday. You see all 5 judges scores at the end of each round before they disregard the highest and lowest score for each fighter and then take the average. But every single round of each bout had totally bizarre patterns. Like 3 or 4 of them having it by a point or two to the same fighter and then the other 1 or 2 judges having it by 7 to the other fighter. Every round there was at least one score that you could not possibly credit.

There's no doubt that Stalker was pressured out of some of the exchanges by the Mongolian fella, but I didn't think that Stalker lost that one. There's more to boxing than walking forward and swinging, although it's fair to say the Mongolian was throwing a lot.

And yes, I call him the Mongolian cause I can't remember nor spell his name.

Yeah especially in amateur boxing where aggression and ring generalship do not count for anything. Walking forward and swinging do not score points.

I don't know how it happened, i'm still in shock, but somehow Joshua beat the Fenster curse.

I was amazed that the BBC didn't inform Joshua that winning a gold medal pales in comparison to the groundbreaking achievement of beating the Fenster curse. Incredible.

Apparently the italians had heard about the Fenster curse and no wonder their corner appealed, they went double or quits on the Italian national debt at Paddypower.
