I think he will use it as a handy excuse to tap out mid rounds.. povetkin is pretty good at throwing the uppercut and puttting punches together, really doesnt like to move his head or jab much tohugh :S
5th round coming up and Rudenko is surviving.

I think he will see it to the end.

Rudenko survives but should lose the fight on the cards.

he made it, good for him, although he took a bit of a beating, I thought povetkin did well despite not being able to ko him, rudenko will be happy to have survived considering povetkin has been koing just about every contender he has faced since losing to wladimir... Povetkin could certainly beat parker but i think the tall guys with a good jab and accurate punching will beat him just about every time.

IU think rudenko lost every round, i didnt bother scoring it

Is he still next for Wilder? If he is then I think Wilder will beat him.

no 100% not on wilders radar.. he was due to fight wilder then failed the 1st drug test, which he may be innocent of, he failed for a tiny amount of a drug i forget the name of, it was legal the year before and he openly took it then(dodgy thing to do but not against the rules), so he could have had it left over in his system, so the wilder fight was scrapped.. he was then due to face stiverne to become mandatory for the wbc belt but failed a test before that one too :S stiverne pulled out the day before and helenius stepped in(not sanctioned by the wbc) povetkin ko'd him, i think stiverene auto became wbc mandatory because of that :S.. so I think povetkin is a million miles away from a wbc title shot and as you saw he was fighting for minor wba and wbo belts... so he is going a different route..

would be an interesting fight, wilder is as wild as his name but he his big, fit and can generate a lot of power from nothing.. really awkward style though and injures himself alot with his bad technique but he could certainly ko povetkin clean due to povetkins lack of head movement and wilders excellent power.. Povetkin is very good though and is a amateur world champion and olympic gold medalist had a stupidly good amateur record too, he didnt do that by accident, so i would give the edge to povetkin but wilder would still be in with a good chance. I would not expect to see that fight ever happen though.
