Default Is Virgil Hunter, Taking On To Much???

Just heard Hunter will now train Angulo and Khan. Not to mention, his prize fighter in Ward. All of which have the potential to be super super stars.

Can Hunter suceed and trainer of 3 top fighters?

Anything on our part would be pure estimation but here's hoping he can manage.

it really depends on what he wants to do with them and how they comply.

Wards probably already got most of what hes going to get from virgil and can probably cruise with minimal attention. Until an opponent is named the plan has to be drafted. Wards style is pretty much a spoiler for most fighters and should prove difficult to solve. Unless they decide they want to end it early or do something particular. Its usually a rinse and repeat performance.

As for Khan, Is virgil going for a total overhaul? Try to shore up some defence, settle this guy down and get rid of the hopping and overextension of his punches? it will be a work in progress. Early on he'll have khans attention for whatever he decides to do. With khan trying to survive the rebirth of his career and proving the problem was freddy roach. After that i think HUnter will have the same problems Roach had with khan not sticking to the game plan and trying to go balls to the wall... no matter what the plan calls for.

For Angulo.. El Perro has to look interested. He didnt seem that interested in his fight against kirkland, till he put kirkland on the seat of his pants and then wore himself out trying to finish it. Angulos a banger and sometimes theres only so much you can do with a banger. Angulo seems of the better variety. Not only will he punch with you but he's intelligent enough to counter and catch a fighter in between punches. I cant see hunter changing too much but adding only finer touches here and maybe improving his lateral movement if Angulos truley interested in fighting forward.

It doesnt seem like he will be fully reinventing either ward (already did) or angulo (tampering too much would make him ineffective). Khan seems like the one who could benefit most from most of Hunters time. I think it all pivots on how much Khan wants to take on virgils knowledge as a trainer. If hes truley looking to get better and prove it in the gym, it could be too much. If Khan just wanted a fresh start but doesnt want to change anything, then the workload dont see too bad, considering what each of the other fighter needs. Just my opinion.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

I think Khan is going over to him and I think that saves a lot of his time and he can provide the attention they need. The fighters should be training with him.

Have Angulo and Khan spar to help Anguelo deal with speed and help Khan learn how to hold when hurt

Agreed, it's up to the fighter as much as the trainer, anyway. If the fighter can't bring himself to trust the trainer or overcome his natural inclinations it will be a waste of time for both.

I would blame his opponent, if they hadn't have hit him he would not have been knocked out.
