Thumbs up Joe Biden vs Paul Ryan - the VP debate - lets score it!

This deserves a separate thread, next up the debate between Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan tomorrow night. Considering what's at stake, this debate should be well worth watching.

    Topic: Foreign and domestic policy
    Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time - October 11th.
Location: Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
Moderator: Martha Raddatz (ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent)

I hope Ryan tears this liberal dip-shit Biden a new asshole.

Wondering how much flipping will be going on tomorrow night. We already know the campaign is doing a complete turn around on it's primary platform. Just recently Mitt changing his stance on abortion, or at least giving muddled responses to appear sympathetic to moderates...ya know, like he used to believe in, but then didn't because he was needing the far right social conservatives during primaries. But now, well, he needs moderates so who knows...

My guess, Ryan will begin tomorrow night doing the same. But what issue? Again, could be anything with these guys. Oh, hey, didn't Obama recently come out in support of LGBTs? Yea. So, prepare for anything, is all I'm saying.

All politicians "flip" a bit, changing position doesn't per-say make them a liar.

I probably watched a total of 10 minutes of the 3 McCain vs BO debates in '08, I lean Republican but could not get behind McCain who was a lamer. (not that I liked BO any better)
As for Palin vs. Biden, I didn't even bother turning it on, they were showing re-runs of "lassie come home" that night which was far more interesting. (Timmy falls down the fucking well again)

Ryan vs. Biden should be great theater, i'm looking forward to this Thursday night, it's definitely worth a beer or two. I really believe Ryan will be up to the task, and Biden will look like what he is = a fool.

Ya know, I kind of liked McCain. He wasn't afraid to stand up and tell people to quit being retarded with all the stupid "ZOMG he's a Muslim" stuff and scare tactics being fed to them back in 08, and he tried to get people to focus on the issues he believed were true. He wasn't afraid to tell Obama what he thought of his policies and attack his lack of experience. He seemed overall genuine. Just not a great politician which was a shame. If he had a different VP pick he might be in office now.

Plus he had a real enthusiasm for fixing the broken and corrupt sport of boxing we love, which was close to his heart. He was a war hero. I did and still do respect him.

I liked McCain well enough personally, at the time I just didn't feel like he had the brains needed to lead this country, and yeah Palin was a fucking dig-bat. In retro, if I had to do it again, I would have voted for McCain, anything would have been better than BO, Hillary and the other libs. And yeah, McCain was a boxing fan, gotta love him for that.

Ryan is expecting some mud slinging, the thing about Biden is he's not well liked, he's only got a 39% approval rating. All Ryan has to do is hold his own, and let Biden hang himself.

Just wanted to add: No matter how shitty Biden looks in the debate tonight, afterwards BO and the libs will pretend he just hit a "home-run". The problem is everyone else will see right through that bullshit.

I'm going to catch the evening rerun here as I'm just to busy to watch it properly now. I do laugh at 'political analysts' though. Honestly, anything to keep the 'drama' going until election day. So it all boils down to a few debate shootouts at dawn. Ah, how American! So cute!

Biden is a fucking asshole, and he keeps talking over and interrupting Ryan - and the moderator is letting him and losing control.
