    Default Floyds ducking canelo

Just thought i would say it before everyone else.

Thats the next fight that everyone will say floyd is ducking.

Whatever fights floyd makes for next february and september it will be criticized.

    Floyd would school canelo.

If canelo wants it let him fight at 147.

Floyd is at a major disadvantage at 154 as he is a natural light welter to welterweight but he still takes these major risks for the advantage of the opponent.

I think John Molina would spank Canelo and though I don't feel like the need to say this but Floyd would Spank Molina and Canelo, I don't think anyone ...what..no god damn it no not Canelo. You can say and its stretching it a lot but if someone said hes ducking Trout I would pause and ponder on that but not Canelo.

Imp is right and I hate Floyd but Mayweather is not a natural 154lb, he just has got use to Welterweight and is flawless at the weight and nobody can beat him at his weight.

Master, you hate floyd the person or the fighter...or both?

The person I hate, as a boxer he is brilliant. I would love Sergio to batter him but that will not happen.

There is NO way Floyd is ducking Canelo. That's ridiculous. Canelo hasn't even fought a ranked contender at 154 yet. There is no reason the fight shouldn't be at 154. Floyd fought Cotto at 154 and looked fine at the weight class.

I'll say this: Floyd fighting Guerrero does very little for me. I hope that isn't his next fight. Sergio Martinez, Canelo, heck Austin Trout or the Erislandy Lara/Vanes Martirosyan winner is a better choice of opponent.

Honestly, today...I think Floyd jabs the ever loving ginger off of Alvarez. Canelo is running the risk of peaking and growing casual against sub par opponents...he needs to be challenged and punched in the face before a Floyd.

Bang on. I think Canelo has tremendous potential and I love the way he fights, but he seriously needs to find himself a proper opponent already! In his defence he's had a really bad string of luck with potential opponents losing/drawing/being injured and any oft the guys he was supposed to fight would've been worthy. That would be no excuse for putting him in with Cotto next though

As long as Floyd doesn't make a Cotto rematch, I'll probably be happy.

Floyd has plenty of choices, his priorities are keeping that zero and making the biggest payday possible.

Figure out who he can beat plus give him the biggest payday and you will have his next victim.

I am absolutely convinced the most important thing to Floyd is protecting that zero--for his legacy.

He has talked about his body wearing out on him and I think the Cotto fight unsettled him a little, it was the first time I've seen Floyd looking like he had been in a fight.

Two more fights possibly three and Floyd will retire. The last fight will be an easy one, an adios fight. That's what I'd do.

Floyd is a small welterweight and and when he fights in february i think he will stick to boxing rather than trying to fight like he choose to with cotto.

Yes floyd is getting old but he did change his style to fight cotto and nearly knocked him out at the end.

Floyd won it 9-3 possibly 8-4 max.

There is no welterweight I would see that could challenge Floyd, he is too good.

If Floyd is a natural LWW or Welter.. Why could not he make weight for the Marquez fight 3 years ago (143, I think)?

He is a Welter, but will never make anything lower than that
