hey guys have decided to hit the old training routine again,been alongtime since trained this hard and due to my last thread i think id be a mug not to have a nother crack in the ring,im former middle weight boxer would love to make the weight again but heres the prob havnt been on the scales for along time and have just hit 90kg very very dissapointed about that also the bmi was a staggering 26.6,not looking good i know but do able overtime im 31 and 186cm,am in the process of organising a bout with a 5th ranked middle weight amatuer,wont cause me to many issues,providing i can get as close to that as possible,this will be my last shot in the ring as will have to go pro or retire in 3yrs what do ya think....
