What are the risks if you are aged 32?

Only fear of shame being humiliated by 15-23 years old boxers )). If you are willing to work hard and not sensible to other people opinions, everything is possible

    Hi syox,
Well, it's never too late to start unless you have some physical and/or mental disabilities that prohibit you from doing so.

Now, the question you have to ask and answer for yourself before proceeding on is what is your objective in learning how to box? Is it for fitness? Is it for self-defense? Is it for sport to compete at an amateur level? Is it for sportive fun (with sparring involved)? Or, is it a combination of the aforementioned? Answering this question will go a long way in properly addressing the concerns you have about risks involved and, ultimately how boxing will serve its purpose for you.

So, answer this question as specifically as possible and I will share some thoughts to help you out and allay your concerns about risks involved (if applicable) afterwards.

    Take Care,
    Lito
