Default Well spoken fighters in Boxing vice versa

Something I like about British fighters is that many of them are well spoken and articulate with their words. Guys such as CHris EUbank, David Haye, and even Tyson Fury are very well spoken and one can't help but to listen..

Which fighters can't talk for shit? listening to Victor ORtiz on HBO Face-off against FLoyd was cringe worthy and at the same it was pure comedy.. Ortiz, FLoyd, Broner, but the one who takes the cake is probably Chad Dawson.. WHen Dawson was coming up as a prospect, I remember there was a debate on boxing forums on whether or not this guy was kind of retarded lol ...

SO which fighters are good talkers and which ones are horrible?

I watched an episode of Arrested Development today where the main character tries to marry a retarded girl but he can't tell cause her British accent makes her sound smart.

I'm sure when you think of articulate Americans Ward pops to mind.

Guys like Floyd, Broner, Wilder, Trout, Zab Thurman and Quillin are boxers I enjoy hearing from but most wouldn't consider articulate.

Rigo is gold in Spanish, his interview with tha boxing voice was the best they've ever done.

Lateef Kayode has to be one of the most articulate fighters going today! Regardless of sounding like a drunken half asleep Makimbe Matumbo.

Toney was the all star shit talker until he became morbidly obese and began sounding like he had a throat stuffed with peanut butter and a mouth full of marbles....Broner and Rios share a room as far as empty dropped as a baby kind of talking. Broner needs to fire his writer among other things and Rios is only a few combos away from working multiple booths as a barker at a county fair.

To anyone English Tyson Fury sounds completely stupid. He really mangles the language.

Chris Eubank makes Prince William sound relatively yobish.

I used to cringe at some of the shit Nas used to say (still one of the most entertaining boxers to date though).

I also used to think Pauli Malignaggi talked a bit of crap before his fights but i actually like what he says nowadays and think he is great at fight analysis.

The king of intellect still goes to this man of course

As for the not so bright talking boxers unfortunately there are many due to the nature of the sport. It is an escape for most boxers from the ghettos to be somebody, or a way out of drugs and crime to avoid prison time.

Would be nice to see gyms open up some kind of package that contains an education program a part of the deal, some kind of college/gym course to offer young people that want to become professional boxers an education along the way. Maybe there already is out there i dunno?

SRL well spoken and very articulated, plenty of trash talkers out there but it is BOXING, don't
expect to much, it is what it is blood and guts.
