Default BMW M5 E60 VS F10 M5.... and general car talk

In terms of look and engineering, which do you think is better and why?

The new m5 looks far better.
    Better mpg.
    Better performance.

They are both monsters to drive with supercar performance.

I agree the f10 looks way better but the naturally aspirated v10 is much more technical than a turbo and the exhaust note of a v10 blows through the roof. plus the e60 comes in manual. Im a car junky so I care about these stuff but I guess most people couldnt care less. Lol

I test drove the f10 and its definitely not in touch with the driver like the e60s are.

All bmws are going that way now unfortunately.

Cars like the e46 m3 and the e60 m5 are more of a drivers car with that metallic feel without the over computerized engineering.

I love the BMW X6 in black and black trims that would be by pimp mobile.

I also am starting to love the Audi’s A5 are stylish but the A7 are out of this world.

Love the Mercedes CLK or SLK? That would be the ultimate car because the Aston Martin Vanquish would be impractical.

Only Audi I like is the rs5.

    BMW is the better drive.

The M cars are what driving is all about.

I like the f10. but bmw over all got heaps of problem, oil line use to gag up after a while, You need to do proper services on those, if someone just change oil filter and think its done they're wrong, But as long as you looking after it, but when the first problem comes, the rest are lined up basically.

I had some project, Here's one of em.

Currently working on a Corvette 88, haven't got that far though, stripped the car down, got rid of everything basically, Have a 454, and a dana 9" i gonna get in it when i'm done with the garage which is in project as well. And still gonna be street legal no rush though.

V8 twinturbo 560 hoursepower, i reckon thats kind of low poser for à twinturbo V8,
Even though it's à small Engine, only 4.4 liters. But j think its quite a good machine for a daily ride. Something I would buy my wife in the future.

Well, i'm not sayin' it's a bad car. I would choose something like a mercedez benz, E63 AMG or Porsche, something like that. Not a huge fan of beamers that may be my reason
Or my dream is to build a gt40 on my own. buying a kit car and just do it the way i want it. and then i know it will be proper done as well. i think that could be possible for less then 70 large ones

Gt40 hauls ass.. Are you more of a muscle car guy? As a kit car, what about a Lotus Elise..

I was also thinking of getting a 99 NSX and building off that with new parts shipped from Japan..

    One of these

I think lotus would be to small for me even tho i'm not that big. just to short and not manly enough
Not really a muscle car fan, but sure i like them old 60-70s americans muscle but would perfer something else. I know a gt40 chassi laying around for a few grand, would love to buy it as it cheap and perfect condition and hard to find. but just dont have teh time for it at the moment. Putting all my money into a house now.
But the gt40 im thinking matteblack, something like this, Some day

Well it depends, could drive anything as long as i have it my way. I tuned a dodge magnum a few years ago, ended up in magazines and stuff!

NSX is really nice! If you looking for bodes, chassis, look in england, they are really big at kit cars and basically have every chassi for it, as you want it in Fiberglas, as an old corvette sayin' Wipe your ass in Fiberglass
