Same applies to Manny.

Floyd on the other hand counters Tszyu's greatest weapon, his ability to cut off the ring and land hard accurate accumulating punches.

Tszyu would lose a decision to Floyd at his peak.

I think we only saw glimpses of the best of Kostya Tszyu, we saw that from 1999-2001.
The Judah fight was telling in that Judah did all he could in the first round, he landed some good shots, but Tszyu was still there, he then went all cautious in the 2nd knowing he had already shown his cards and he didn't have a winning hand.

Tszyu was a stalker in the ring, brilliant at cutting off the ring and didn't waste punches, when he landed it had a debilitating effect... with fighters at times just trying to get to the end of the fight intact. More often than not they didn't, Marquez would not have made it to the end.

The near 2 year lay off affected him greatly and he was nullified by the younger Hatton, but those who under estimate Tszyu's abilities are making a mistake. I don't think Mosley or DLH underestimated him at all and both took a different path.
I think Tszyu could time a right hand on Floyd’s chin and rock him enough for him to fight scared ensuring Kostya wins a decision.
This has been the problem with every fighter that has ever fought Floyd...landing one! I like Kostya and he is greatly under estimated on here, but i don't see him landing a big enough shot on Floyd who is the best defensive fighter i have ever seen. Marquez is made for KT, IMO it's a similar win to that of Gonzalez but Floyd has the ring savvy to avoid all of Kostya's big shots. The Tszyu from 1999-2001 was formidable, i just don't see him winning a decision against Floyd.
