Up until a few weeks ago have not once had problems sleeping. If anything when I get over 6 hrs I wake up dragging ass and feel more tired I have a cracked wisdom tooth that feels on the verge of abscess, so yeh...last few nights cannot sleep for shate

i found eating carbs at night will make you drowsy. Try eating some pasta with a nice thick alfredo or cream sauce, maybe with some greens mixed in like asparagus or artichokes, add some parmesan grated cheese. Like so:

Some places are tight with the pain meds, though. For quadruple by-pass, I only got low level Percocets. For a complete urinary reconstruction, I got Lor-tabs. In Phoenix, for a toothache, my ex girl got vicodins.

Ha I used to sing my own version of a nursery rhyme to my kids years ago.

Twice a year. The shift this far north for the loss of light and the gaining of it is hard. That adjustment is difficult. Its presently dark until 10 am and then dark again by 6 pm. Soon there will be a few hours of dusk and the rest blackness. The reverse in the summer. Fly fishing at midnight and getting a sunburn lol
