i found eating carbs at night will make you drowsy. Try eating some pasta with a nice thick alfredo or cream sauce, maybe with some greens mixed in like asparagus or artichokes, add some parmesan grated cheese. Like so:

Twice a year. The shift this far north for the loss of light and the gaining of it is hard. That adjustment is difficult. Its presently dark until 10 am and then dark again by 6 pm. Soon there will be a few hours of dusk and the rest blackness. The reverse in the summer. Fly fishing at midnight and getting a sunburn lol
