    Yeah, too bad. Velvet Undergroud was a groundbreaking band. Every time I heard Lou play guitar it made me want to pick up mine. He wasn't fast but he had such a unique sound. I was more into his solo stuff, I always thought he was a brilliant Lyracist. Rip Lou, thanks for the tunes.

    That sucks. Heard it on the radio on the way home. RIP. That only known copy of Acetate just went well into 6 figures I am sure.

    I knew he was sick but hoped he would recover. Transformer was a life changing album for me and the start of a journey which even this week was still going strong. I'm gutted that Lou is gone. As an artist has meant so much. I'm going to play Songs for Drella and wallow. Goodbye, Lou.
