I love to cook Italian, a proper homemade Lasagna with bolognese sauce from scratch is a great thing and my favourite I think. This is basically exactly the recipe I've followed Layer it between the lasagne pasta and I'll usually add some spinach, red onions and cottage cheese on the top couple of layers before baking. Probably makes it less traditional but it's awesome eatin.

Hah no, I should though. Sometimes I do buy pasta from a little Italian Deli on my way home and they sell all kinds of fresh pasta, there's a huge difference for sure but I've never actually done it myself.
