Groves V Froch is a good rematch, to be honest Froch has not a hope in hell of beating Ward,
and the fight that would generate Carl a big pay day, is giving George a rematch.
There is no interest in a Ward V Froch match, the outcome would be Carl gets his ears boxed off,
what the fans want to see is Froch V Groves, a great fight.

Carl has not covered himself in glory after the fight, he is still making stupid and daft comments
    now a few weeks later.!!!!!!!!
Froch is a tough honest type of fighter in the ring, outside he comes across as a very unlikable
individual , on the 2 occasions he's lost he was very ungracious in defeat, and the same can be
said when he wins sorry chaps its a fact.
How do like his new name Carl The Cock Froch, suits you sir.

Groves did blow it. Did Ali blow it against Liston when everything and 1 billion stars were against him? Did Douglas blow it against Tyson? Did Holyfield blow it against Douglas? Did Rahman blow it against Lewis in the first fight? Bowe against Holyfield and Hide against Bentt?

NO... they finished it in the ring, when all odds were highly against them. Not as much as a case of Bowe vs. Holyfield, but all other fights mentioned had fighters come in against a champion, a champion that was heavily favoured.

Groves simply had to win that fight, in the ring. There are, sometimes, no "two-sies" in boxing, the way Arum made four-sies out of Pac and JMM.

When you fight the champion that one time, you had BETTER win that one time. Or else, you simply have to wait your turn.

The rematch clauses are there to protect the champion in the event something happens and the champ loses, he then exercises the clause IF he wants more of the same.

If Froch had lost then Froch had a right to ask for a rematch, no matter how people looked at the fight- and particularly if a rematch clause was in the fight. He was the champion, the losers and the contenders don't get to set the date and person they want to fight for a belt with.

That's just the way it works. Not saying Groves doesn't deserve a rematch, but he doesn't "have" to get a rematch at the next fight or at all, ever. UNLESS... he gets back to being a mandatory #1 for a belt that Froch has and there is no way out.

But he is far from being a mandatory #1 for any belt Froch has. In fact, he was lucky Froch gave him a title shot when so many were deserving above him.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Froch was thinking it was going easy money it turn out be far from easy, on his back in the 1st round
out boxed he took a beating, his toughness got him through nothing more, he was out fought.
He disrespected George before the fight, and still does to this day Carl I will fight anyone Froch yes
    when it suits it seems.
Groves is a nice guy and he does not have his head stuck up his own ass,!!!! were Carl does I enjoy
watching Carl fight, give us a rematch Carl the fans want it, but it seems you don't think Groves
is worthy of a rematch, Carl BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
