for the first 30 years of my life i had a solid 8 - 10 hours unbroken sleep 95% of the time

I cant sleep in anymore. I'm up at 6 seven days a week.

If you average our time spent here at 75 years when you take 8 hours of sleep a day into account, that means we slept for 25 years of a 75 year life.

The earliest I crash out is midnight but usually 2 am. With the exception of Sunday Morning I'm up at 7. 4-5 hrs tops and I sleep like a rock. As long as there is 'white' noise. A fan etc. Sleeping in complete silence is very very loud to me

Same for me, djing for over 15 years Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sunday seriously fucks with your body clock.

Used to sleep Mon, Tues get up to buy new records Wed then spend whole day mixing then do it all over again.

Some nights wide awake some asleep early just no routine at all and been the same for so long it just seems normal now.

I got mates who work nightshifts and have done for years and like VD hardly sleep in the day.

Go for a run in the morning and have a glass of milk before bedtime.

I think you need less sleep the older you get. I am thinking throughout my sleep, so am knackered most of the day. The way I overcome it is by staying up really late and then working out the next day making sure I do not sleep in the day.

I had heaps of problem when it comes to sleeping, when i was 18 i found out that i have rheumatism, ever sense i was 15-16 somewhere around that, i realise something was wrong, i could wake up a few times every night by such a pain, felt like someone put a knife in me. especially during winter time it was bad. soo i feel for everyone that having sleeping problem. everyminute for sleep is good for you!
