I'm not surprised, it was the type of fight where you'd really have to only be looking at Garcia to have him winning imo. I think I had it 8-4 for Herrera, I gave Garcia the first 2 rounds and I believe 10 and 11 as well, but I've only seen it the one time still.

Danny should do what Chavez did and have a rematch. This fight will be hanging over his head if not. Danny has said he listened to the fans so I hope he is true to his world.

this shows what i thought. they each had some clear rounds that they won and then there were others that werent so clear. even though a majority had herrera winning, all of the scorecards were close. a one round swing could change the outcome of the fight.

rematch, or danny isnt a true champion!!! credit needs to be given to herrera, or at least another chance on neutral ground where he wont get cornholed by the judges!!!

That's a large majority that had it for Herrera. No robbery but a clear-cut close decision for Herrera.

I agree with those who are calling for a rematch. Its going to look real bad on him if he doesnt..

Be like floyd did with castillo and erase all doubts..

Garcia has one loss on his record as far as im concerned.

i agree. danny has to have a rematch. he's a good kid and will no doubt give herrera a chance i think!!! but....about floyd.

even tho floyd came back in the 2nd fight and won against castillo, he still lost in that first fight and got a gift from the judges. floyds "o" should have went long ago, on that night. and why was there never a rubbermatch?? no doubt floyd moved on without a second thought. a khan move!!! lol. never give someone who might be able to beat u a second chance to do so!!!

danny has more class, and fights anyone it seems.

Why would there be a rubber match? It wasn't like the fights were barn burners - they weren't bad, but it wasn't Gatti/Ward.

Floyd had two wins over JLC - one questionable and one clear cut - so why bother?

The only thing against a rematch is that Garcia might need to move up. Allegedly, he fainted from dehydration a couple of days before the fight due to an intense time making weight.

His dad said in the interview after the fight that Danny makes 140 easy though. I doubt he fainted.

Maybe he makes 140 easily, but there were a lot of press reports out of Puerto Rico that said he didn't make it easily this time. And he ballooned up to 156 at the time of the fight.

Danny needs to man up to his crack addict dad and tell him he's moving to 147. Better do it soon before it catches up with him

Ya.... but in Puerto Rico is also where he got the win a lot of people say was a loss.
