I have to be up in 4 and a half hours as of now, and do this to myself all the fucking time. I have no sympathy whatsoever Try doing some quick exercise, even just limbering out as soon as you wake up, then take a cold shower. It saves me a lot of days.

I use to have this morning routine, My gurl did go to school, she started kinda early, she woke up made coffee and put next to my bed and when she took off she turned the lights on so i woke up with a hot coffee next to me! zipping that coffe for 10-15 minutes. i feel alright, then out for breakfast! But now when she pissed off i have to do it myself.

The hour going forward last Sunday has knocked me back a bit as I feel more tired. Feel jet lagged.

Our time goes back first Sunday in April. I usually go to bed about 1130 and wake up when the first bird calls right on sparrows fart so thats about 5 or 6 hours. I dont know what effects it'll have going back, I'll go to bed when im tired and wake up with a piss fat no change really.
