Magic fight Dokes at very best and gave Holyfield a great fight. He was in it until the 10th when Evander landed that left hook.

That was a put a guy on the map type fight for Holyfield. Awesome back and forth. Dokes did great earning what was an elimination shot after time off and his addiction demons getting ahold of him. Sadly though they returned. Top notch hand speed by Dokes too.Originally Posted by Master

3-16-74: Roberto Duran KO win over Esteban de Jesus in Round 11 of the 2nd fight in their trilogy. This one was held in Panama City, Panama. Duran came back from a knockdown in the 1st round from a de Jesus left hook.

Watched this on ESPN years ago. Duran was seething, more than normals, because he got beat by Esteban de Jesus and lost his undefeated record and gets knock down again. Duran visited Esteban de Jesus in hospital when he was dying.

He was a great boxer, but Conteh was more interested in going out on the lash by then than training properly, so to even hang with Saad proved his class. 5 knockdowns too

Yes that was what I was thinking. Matthew Saad Muhammad v Kov would be a good fight and style wise against Badou Jack.
