    He is not coloured.
What you mean this Jack Johnson?

Well that's one hell of a tan he's got cranking there, especially for a century ago.

Yup. It was right about that time or shortly after that he started to plod in looking to land the shot and fell in love with his power. His old man was just as much to blame. Problem is it worked 95% of the time. Oscar should have been a message to Tito to fire dad.

When I was a kid i loved little Red lopez, while my mother was a huge Chacon fan. For many years after those two fought I hated chacon, but I came to have all the respect in the world for his heart and courage. Limon, too. Those two, plus Arguello and Boza-edwards, some great fights.
I'd have loved to have been there for loughran v Slattery.

Those guys were fixtures in our living rooms Saturdays on ABC, NBC, hell even the CBC showed fights. Arguello would shine just as much today and he did yesterday at 130/35 and Lopez would fit right into this stacked feather area like a glove.

If there is an afterlife, I hope there is a time machine.

I did not like Tito for beating Carr and Campus as well as Vargas but love the guy after. Same with McCallum for beating Herol Graham and Hearns for beating Andries but when I looked back at their carrers I thought wow!

Nelsons fight with Sanchez was on extremely short notice and he almost pulled it off. Cowdell was a bit of an overachiever and Sanchez most likely took him a little light.

Nelson put up a great effort and he was inexperienced. I wonder what a peak Asumah Nelson would have done with Sanchez.
