Was Minder a comedy? I really don't remember?
No not a comedy, Arfur supplied a few moments to laugh at mind, mainly at Terry's expense.

I very rarely watch TV but three was a new feature length Red Dwarf on last week. It was OK.
Loved Fawlty Towers and was lucky enough to interview the supremely talented Andrew Sachs before he died about some of the groundbreaking work he did in the 60s and 70s. Amazing pioneer in British Theatre and Sonic Art.
He once toured a production of Animal Farm in which he played all the parts. Such a lovely and talented man.
'Green Wing' was brilliant as was 'Absolutely' and 'Peep Show'.
'Friday Night Dinner' is amazing and has of course the brilliant Mark Heap and Tamsin Greig from 'Green Wing' in it.
Ronnie Barker was a genius in Porridge and Open All Hours.

'We're Doomed', The Drama about the creation of 'Dad's Army' was on earlier. Really good. A lot of Cameos from some great British comedy actors in it. John Sessions was amazing as Arthur Lowe, the guy is a genius. Mark Heap from 'Spaced' 'Green Wing' and 'Friday Night Dinner' was brilliant as Clive Dunn and it was very moving to hear Roy Hudd (RIP) singing as Bud Flanagan. Watched the Dad's Army Episode after too whilst trying to get my head around the double hard bastard that is our Heironymus Bosch Jigsaw Puzzle. Still stands up today as a British Classic.
