I would say gift card on girly shops or necklace/bracelets and stuff for girls/wifes, But An iron and some cleaning things would be hella funny though!

If you get her an iron make sure it is light weight and is made of a soft material.....as it is sure to be thrown at you once opened

She hates any jewellery, clothes and flowers I get her so I thought I would be more practical as we need an iron.

I have done that before, good idea but the prices are steep.
What about a vacuum cleaner, we need one of those as well. They are too heavy for her to throw at me as well?

I'd also steer clear of household products, unless it benefits you both and you'd both use it. Like a 'swing', or maybe..well never mind.
Seriously though do something as one. Maybe a day-night at some bed & breakfast out of your area. Something new. May be pricey but. Hire a day tour?
