Default Can somebody tell me where his weight is?

I have a video clip it's been circulated enough times on the site but I'm trying to find out where he's putting his weight is it on the front foot is it on the back foot or is the weight over the centre? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oCW_Pf30ddU

What are those things that were overlooked? from what I'm seeing is a guy who's throwing a punch that's straight at less than half the speed of a normal punch with 100% efficacy?

    Watch his head,
Right! his ears are aligned with the shoulders, I assume that his rear heel is aligned with the Coccyx. but where is his balance is it on the front foot or is it on the back for it? That's my question.
