Dont think Tysons style would work against him; The Rock being shorter than what Mike was used to belting around, be a different fight where Mike gets hit back early on harder than he had ever been, prior to Douglas. Who for two reasons, got the chance to give him some of his own medicine back which apparently he couldnt take as well as give it.
Id put this one closer than an early ko. Someone in this mix could get back up and go harder.

Prime Joe Louis beats Rocky and smashes him out of the ring. Revenge.

*******************very good list there, I agree with 90% of it. My biggest disagreement is probably that prediction that Liston knocks out Marciano. I see the opposite in fact. rocky would wear him down and stop him in about 11 rounds. Andre makes a good point about Tyson as well, when Evander or Buster nailed Mike to the liver/spleen area in Rounds 1 and 2, he wasn't the same for the rest of the fight. Rocky would CERTAINLY be able to nail Tyson coming in with atleast 2 or 3 really vicious body shots, and I think that would discourage a bit Tyson's aggression/rushing in like a shark.

This would come down to who had the better chin in the short run- Marciano or Tyson. My money was on Tyson, because their styles were meant for it to end in ko. I'd just pick Tyson within 5 because it was never about Tyson's chin why he lost, it was about his conditioning and heart for the most part when he lost- both to Douglas and Holyfield.

    Spot on.

Tyson actually had a great chin; what he wasn't as blessed with was stamina & heart.

He could take a shellacking, no doubt, but he never seemed to possess the will to fight back from a losing position.

I agree with you, but you do realize we will never know for sure?
Marciano is going to have that undefeated record forever, there will never be any adjustments made, no ands, no buts, no ifs, no explanations!
Everyone knows you are correct and probably would agree if asked, but it happened the way it's recorded.

Marciano was a warrior, a true ATG HW champ, and at the end of the day he beat the shit out of everyone he fought and always found a way to win no matter how hairy things got.

That being said, yeah, I do have my doubts as to how he would have faired against guys that came after him. The fact is the definition of HW has changed, he was an 185b guy fighting other guys that - for the most part - were under 200lbs. I think if he was fighting 20 years later when guys like Ali, Frazier, Norton, Holmes, Foreman, ect ect were fighting, he probably would have been down at 175 fighting the Bob Foster's and Dick Tiger's of the world. A lot of those HW's had 25 plus pounds on him and I imagine he would have been outgunned.

Even a few years after he was gone, I think he would have lost to Liston and had a very tough time vs Patterson with his speed.
