    Default Hughie Fury

Apparently Hughie won fairly comfortably last night against a man who should have been unbeaten and holding a win over Lucas Browne.

Just a shame that Channel 5 only showed a short clip of the fight.

Be interesting who he gets put in with next as Peter wants to put him in some tests now.

Annoyed that they did not show it. No repeats either.

the European title maybe,! it was a hard fight for Hughie after a illness I would liked to have seen

Good test for a 20 year old, proved his chin too. Onwards and upwards for Hughie. That was a better opponent by a mile than anybody Joshua has faced. I'd go as far as to say he's better than Kevin Johnson. Maybe not skill wise, but at least he throws some leather.

Potential opponents who are actually in talks with being next up for Hughie are Char, DeMori, Arreola and Ustinov.

Charr probably out of the question as hes fighting Leapai on Friday. If he loses that then his only route is becoming a journey man. Arreola be good but I would have thought hed price himself out of a fight with Hughie, plenty of easier fights out there where hed get paid a good bit more. Ustinov be a very good fight too. Hed be as good as anyone Tyson Fury has fought and would be good progress from Rudenko. Never heard of DeMori but going by his rec id say hes the favorite. Only fighting bums and knocked out by a guy who was 15-19 at the time would just be a guy to spruce up Hughie rec and wouldnt really offer him much in terms of experience or progression

Good opponent choices from the young Hughie. He's going to do well in the sport I reckon.
