    If he beats Pacquiao? Pacquiao may be past his prime, but he's still an elite fighter and in the top 5 P4P.

    Not as much as if he fought him 2009 when Manny was a serious threat.

    These two are the best welterweights in the world and this is a good fight but is being treated as a major event.

    Sadly yes. Guarantee wise it has grown astronomically that's just fact. But beyond fact to speculation I think the fight was huge for fans in 2009/10 and became an event for all when it appeared it wouldn't happen. People always want what they can't have.

    I think it peaked and fell off a bit but it's still bigger than it would have been March 13th of 2010. Not better, not more important. But more money
