Default Frampton v. Quigg - Who should be blamed for it not happening?

Who is more in the wrong? It appears the most lucrative fight for both of them by a long shot yet they can't seem to strike a deal. Is either party more at fault?

100% McGuigan. Shame and could really back fire on Frampton. 1.5 mil is life changing. Quigg is only fight that will get that money for Frampton and if Quigg loses to Kiko or Donaire that money disappears.

I understand what McGuigan wants in trying to get himself as a major player as a promoter but surely Frampton beating Quigg will boost his position in the long run?

Hearn and Quigg are to blame. They should offer double what they are offering and are short changing and disrespecting the true champ.

    Long live Frampton and ITV.
