Headache after first sparring session

Hello.
I had my first sparring session ever this tuesday. I got hit by two pretty hard hooks since my guard wasnt good enough.
Anyway, I have had a headache since tuesday, it feels just like a bit of pressure in the middle of my head.
Should I be concerned or is this normal? I have been resting since tuesday with plenty of food, water and sleep.

erm u cn get headaches but for tht long im not sure it might have caused a lump or simmilar swelling tht could be causing the head ache

I'd definatly go see a Dr if my head was hurting for so long. Have you had headaches like this before? Either way be cautious for a while after, you only get one brain .

Did the other guy have a lot more experience then you. Don't get in there with someone who has a lot more experience then you unless he knows to take it easy. You don't want to be some guys punching bag, u want to learn and don't need to be discouraged.
