Default Question for Scrap (or anyone else)

How often should I do the hip stretching exercise in your video below? Every day, every other day, etc.? On the days I do them, how many times should they be performed? And lastly, for how long should I hold the position when doing them?
    Thanks.

I posted the YouTube link; don't know why the video didn't come up.

The one where you've got your leg on the medicine ball.

    Fixed the video.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

This was taken so he could sort his knee problem out, which was his psosses and groin, which was giving him bad plant and gait, his foot should have been vertically up, few weeks later it was. Foot going down stretches the tfl. Guy was is a sports therapist, triathlete. who i worked with for 3 month couldnt run, 3 months later knocked 19 mins of his pb in Bedford classic, He was 42 runs for gb. We did 1 1/2 hours of work 3 times a week, doing lots of hip work.

Ok thanks. I've heard its possible to stretch too often (like overtraining) so that's why I asked.
