The fight needs to happen , wilder can't keep digging up corpses to fight.
It will at least show us what wilder has in his locker.

Fury is a much better boxer/natural fighter than Wilder. However, Wilder has bombs in his gloves and would at least detonate them if getting outboxed. He doesn't come across as the type to shit himself when facing a fellow big man.

So I pick Fury, although Wilder could chin anyone with a good clump.

Even the soft defences theyve given him have pushed him

Careful Ross, Tyson hasn't made any defences yet.
But answering the question of the thread, at this moment in time, after last night, I would lean towards Fury.

Well as long as Wlad doesnt bottle it he has Wlad next in Germany again!

Most would still favour Wlad over the rest of the division.

I think thats a harder fight than Molina and Duhaupas?

Fury was confident and elusive last night but can someone post the compubox numbers as they hardly ever hit each other.

Hopefully fury pumps that jab in the rematch and puts some combinations together!

Wilder will not fight like wlad and will want the fight to end in less than 6 rounds.

Psychologically and hype wise Fury would have Wilder freaked out and unsure before the bell even sounded He'd do his bravado shtick, come in wearing a Batman outfit and I still think Wilder has cocooned himself with a bit of manufactured confidence. The soft touches, the non involvement outside heavyweight scene and press and retreating back to his High School gym in his hometown saying its the only place he wants to fight. Has he even been asked or interviewed about yesterdays huge shake up Considering he is the other belt holder supposedly in line for Wlad and all?

Wilder's biggest concern to me is his willingness to fight moving backwards. Fury will dominate that way.

Wilder, who doesn't have half the skill of Wladimir , does know how to fight on the inside. He rarely clinches. Will that be to his average?

His uppercut is as nasty as his right hand. He will fight back with when hit. Does Fury have the power to keep Wilder honest?
Not if...but when Wilder land a big shot he follows up. Will Fury exchange when hit by wilder or will he initiate the clench?

This fight will come down to the chin and stamina.

    I got Wilder over Fury.

Really? Wlad gets Germany again? Should be in U.K. was that in the rematch clause?

Wilder doesn't have any discipline when he has someone in trouble, he windmills his arms like some kid having a scrap in the school playground, when he has fought tougher opponents he hasn't been able to rock them like the lower end of the scale that he fought.

I would fancy Fury to beat him.

    Would have thought so.

Its a nice earner for Fury.

He doesnt mind fighting away from home, leave K2 to promote, get the lions share and create a fan base in Europe.

The only other fight thats meaningful out there right now for him is that unification and Wilder is fucking around again in January and then has Povetkin as long as neither lose inbetween, so cant see any unification for around a year yet.

We see it from different perspectives.
What discipline for Fury have that Wilder doesn't? You say wilder windmills when he gets someone in trouble...

I see it as going for the kill... No matter how it looks. When Forman was throwing against a hurt Frazier, they weren't textbook shots, they were haymakers.

Except Tyson... Not too many HWs throw accurate bombs.

You state he hasn't always been able to rock every fight.. I say he's stopped all but one opponent.

Neither Fury nor Wilder are textbook fighters. They will neverbe.
I think the words skill, experience and sweet science don't
    Apply to many HWs.

Wilder vs Fury won't come down to skill, accuracy, sweet science... hell they both started around the same time so experience won't play a factor.
IMO it will be about who lands hard and who can suck it up.

    I got Wilder.

Errrm? How about enough to get through 12 rounds with the best and most dangerous fighter in the world?
