Yup I saw this earlier, first thing that I thought was I hope Dickens does well, Rigo looked a little off colour in his last fight, he's knocking on, Dickens is young and will be chomping at the bit.

I can't see him getting the win but it would be great if he did

Let's see if the winner of Quigg v Frampton is ringside for that one! Hope so but Doubt it somehow.
In all seriousness, he's getting on and hasn't looked great in his last couple of fights.
Quigg and Frampton are in their peak years, the winner should go looking for him. And if they can pay him enough to get him over to fight Dickens, with due respect, they should be able to get him over here for Quigg or Frampton. Fuck it , fortune favours the Brave!!!

After he gets the win, he should look to whoever is promoting and just say "please sir, may I have some more?"

Paying Rigo has never been a problem, the fact he's worth two bob and has no fanbase is why everyone can swerve him.

What's the next bizarre fight getting announced this week.

As much as Floyd loves a pound note, there's not enough dosh in the world for him to make that fight.

I read an interview a month or two ago where Rigo promised that he won't be boring anymore. He said from now on he's going to take risks and be exciting. I'll believe it when I see it. I haven't had a bet literally for years. I can't remember the last one. I might have a mug punter of mug punters bet on Dickens though. Just a few quid.

Rico is next in line for Quigg v Frampton.

To be fair, this is not a great fight. Though Dickens was prolific in his prime producing worthy tomes such as Oliver Twist and the latter career classic Great Expectations, he was unable to even complete The Mystery of Edwin Drood and that was a good century and a half ago. I have no idea what kind of condition Dickens will be in for this, so I am going to have to go with a Rigondeaux win.

Is this dickens guy any good, for people who might know? Just at a glance there is absolutely no reason to think he will do much. Only in boxing could a guy as talented as Rigo be so obscure.
