Sexual Assault charge on London underground - this country is a joke

I was just reading this on the BBC news site about some poor commuter being charged with sexual assault on the London Underground - the charge raised by some well known actress in her 60s, who does not have to be named.

Yet his name has been dragged through the mud. Ok, yes he's cleared himself now but says he's had a year of hell.
