    mate
thats a huge question, and then you get mad cause we dont help you immediately?
people charge money for that kind of thing, thats how nutritionist make their living.

    my suggestin to you is...

consume only 2000 calories per day. try and eat more protein and slow release carbs as you can. the more fibre the merrier

instead of eating 3 big meals, try and eat 5 smaller meals, more frequently. when you eat large amounts, you consume surplus energy to fuel your body, and some of it is stored, as fat.
when you eat small amounts, you only take in the amount your body needs, and therefore none of it is stored.

completely cut out sweets, and consume as little sugar as you possibly can. the sugar you eat will replace any other forms of energy you intake,. and although the sugar wont fatten you up, the other food you eat will be immediately stored as fat, cause its not needed

people aren't gonna take the time to type a long response to a huge question like that if you can't be bothered to type a full sentance... It was like listening to William Shatner or something reading your post :P

your basicly asking us how to eat and train 24/7, its hard for us to say because its specific to you and your goals. You gave your height and weight... which alot of people don't but we still need more depth before we can even attempt to help you. if you want to gain weight you need to consume more calories than you are using amongst alot of other things...
