Default Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan.

Who would have won in September?

Still think its a close fight. Probably Floyd by KO with scorecard close at time of stoppage.

Floyd would never knock out a world class welterweight. Floyd's hands are too delicate remember where Maidana bit through his gloves and broke his nail.

Are we really doing this again? Another Floyd thread! You lot sure miss Floyd considering how much you all say you hate him.
For the record, Floyd beats Khan like he does every other fight he fought lately. Unanimous points win, something like 118-110. And Khan will say he was robbed and all Floyd does is run! Maybe he'll make up a shoulder injury as well!

Don't think Floyd has the power to be honest that's why I'd give Khan a chance in that fight

I don't mean to be insulting but thinking Khan has a chance or ever had a chance against Floyd is one of the dumbest things ever written.

Yes Khan has speed, speed is beaten by timing. And Khan could not beat his timing because Khan is dumb. Just like Manny didn't look so fast suddenly because he is dumb, Khan would not look so fast because he is dumb. Floyd would adjust and Khan would be completely confused and we all know Khan has no plan B. Unless you count holding as a plan.

But Mayweather had a significant reach disadvantage v Floyd whereas Khan wouldnt. Khan would have a chance to land on the outside while Pac was just flapping at thin air. Styles make fights. I still maintain of the current 147s Khan has the best chance to beat Floyd. Compare him to a guy like Garcia (who beat Khan) who has absolutely no hope of beating Floyd.

I agree with Khans style having the best opportunity of the 147s - though you wouldn't pick Khan against the others in most cases.

Floyd doesn't have the ko power either to trouble him

But that ship has sailed thankfully.

Sadly, Khan is a joke now. I remember how not so long ago he made a joke from Judah. That's boxing, yesterday you carried the shield, tomorrow you will be carried on the shield
