Huge issue here. 220 Muslims are suing a Detroit company for failing to grant 6-minute breaks each FOR ZOH'R, ASHUR, and MAGHREB prayers each day.

That's 18 minutes of breaks MORE than non Muslims get.

    Wtf?!?!?! Where's the " assimilation"?

Time wise its no different than wanting to go out for a smoke break every hour. Fuck them all, get back to work or leave if you dont like it and make room for someone else do the job. Or by a signed agreement work back and make up for time wasting to your company.

They shouldn't be. You move to a culture then you work there. Only weak cultures give ground like that.

Certainly in the UK they are entitled to ask and also have an appropriate place to prey.

If society recognises religion, then rightly they should be allowed to do so.

I dont know,do they have to work overtime to balance out there time taken off to pray?

I used to let my laborer out for prayers but there was no exact time shift, we'd work out onsite till the job was finished so it all worked out anyway from us both being chill about time.
