You could still very easily lose... I would say stay on the inside. On the outside if he knows what he's doing he'll have the reach advantage because of his legs, and close in he can't get kicks off. Last don't let him grab you by the back of the head if knees are allowed when he goes for the back of your head jab him in the face or throw uppercut or come something to keep him from getting in the position to get knees off.

im not the one challenging anothers style, the guy is saying he will beat me in boxing rules so i said ok, then my trainer came in and said to the guy we'll let you use your legs aswell
