Default Ruiz vs Parker REMATCH. This is UNFINISHED!!

I do not like the Parker/Ruiz WBO HW title fight decision. The scorecard was unfair and Parker to me got the home town nod. We need a rematch for this on neutral soil, preferably somewhere in Europe, Russia or Latin America.

    What say you?

I was watching some old school highlights of Jeff Fenech earlier. Go check out his highlights on Youtube.

While you're watching the Jeff Fenech highlights keep a mental note on his conditioning and will to win.

Now go back and re-watch the Andy Ruiz vs Joseph Parker fight, or at least watch the highlights of it.

Now answer these questions to yourself:

    • Are both of these athletes well conditioned?
    • Are both of these athletes displaying a will to win?
    • Was this fight good?

You will realize that there's no need for a rematch. Because what you watched was not a good display of world class boxing. That fight was a lackluster event between two lethargic fighters and even though they are highly skilled in the science of boxing their conditioning and will to win tells you a lot about where they might just end up in the future.

To be honest with you I'm not even sure why you're even focusing on that fight at this point or even entertaining a rematch. There are better fights to focus on.

Being well conditioned, or how you look, should not determine or prejudice skill level. No one comes in fitter than Roy Jones, but he lost some decisions and meaningfully so.

    Ruiz was hoodwinked.

Are you implying that John Ruiz deserved the decision over Roy Jones Jr!? lol

Different ruiz, which I think you know but just making sure.

Basically if a boxer kicks up enough fuss and it gains traction then you can get a rematch.

That fight was a draw, at the very worst. Robbery. Ruiz deserved that title.

I dont even know how people do the math that makes Ruiz the winner. Dude did nothing for 6 rounds, didnt score any knock downs. How the hell is he supposed to get the decision? Like I said before, he's a better fighter than Parker, but Parker wants to be a fighter more than he does.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
