Alright not the brightest move but a non violent offender given a year in jail. I mean it wasn't the crime of the century. Do u think his death had to do with the Muslims in prison. Or maybe he ate too much bacon

He got a year, in our country that is a lot his friends got suspended sentences which means he must have had previous.

Lets see what he died from first.

When you read the site that this news came from, you can tell they are inciting racial hatred. They are brain washing vulnerable people and this person may have been one.

Our criminal justice system is soft in comparison to the system in the US.

For this person to get a year, when his friends who were also found guilty were given suspended sentences means he has done this before. That is why he got a year in all probability.

You may be right but we are going the other way on non violent offenses. Something like this I would hope to see fines and probation but political pressure probably stuck it's head up. I'm not talking about what his friends got it's irrelevant I'm talking about the year sentence. If it happened in the us I'd be even more pissed with the sentence. Politics should not sit behind the bench but it always does

If you really did work in the Criminal Justice System then you will know that without knowing about his previous convictions, reading any of the reports, interviews or even being in court your assessment of the sentencing is pretty pointless. If you want to throw your lot in with the boo boys and carry on inciting division and hatred then that is a bit sad. Saddo was never like this before. It should be on their records, it is a despicable crime. For this person to be imprisoned, he must have had previous. Our prisons are overcrowded and you have to commit a serious crime or be a persistent offender to be imprisoned.
