What? Bro do you even English?
This is code-speak for "we must lock more Black citizens up, BEFORE they decide to commit crimes"
Well it was a movie released in 1995 starring Christopher Walken as the angel Gabriel who comes to Earth to collect a soul which will end the stalemated war in Heaven, and only a former priest and a little girl can stop him.
It has a 5.1/10 on Rotten Tomatoes....I hope that helps

There’s so much stupidity here it’s difficult to know where to start. To begin with, Chicago has one of the most violent police forces in America, getting more complaints than other police departments.
Wasn’t it the Chicago police that had a secret warehouse where they brought suspects to torture them? And did it do anything to solve the crime problem? Nope.
If you had to think of one large city in America where cops are given carte blanche to use excessive force without fear of official reprisal, Chicago would be it.
And yet, this is exactly the city Trump comes up with to illustrate policing that isn’t done by “tough” people.
I’m seeing a trend here - All of Trump’s solutions are based on violence. Too much crime? Bust some heads. International turmoil? Bomb them. Rogue nations threatening too much? Nuke ‘em. Women getting abortions? Imprison them. Protesters agitating? Arrest them. Economy going down? Threaten China and block trade. Terrorists killing people? Torture some of them.................. and their families, too
Plus violence is down in Chicago but of course the system of white supremacy will always churn out stats to promote the violent black savage image.
Your old white messiah Trump is a perfect example of the kind of reality detachment you see in someone who’s been rich and pampered his entire life. Horrible things happen to other people, not to him. So he has no qualms about suggesting more of them as a “solution” to a problem.
A large portion of his supporters want that kind of privilege for themselves, but can’t achieve it on their own so they’re living vicariously through Trump.
It’s clear that he gets his ideas about improving law enforcement from watching 1970s cop movies like Dirty Harry
I have come to love Trump for one thing...he has demystified the idea that being rich takes brains
