Nice list. Glen Johnson should be on the list, he was undefeated before he fought B Hop.
Good catch. Not sure how I could leave The Road Warrior off that list. I would place him above Echols on that list. Glen learned a lot in that fight and was a much better fighter when he beat Roy and Tarver, later in his career. For that reason, I don't place Hop's stoppage of Johnson over his performance vs Tito.
I think Glen was quoted as saying as soon as he was hit in round 1 he knew B Hop was on another level to who he had already fought and him.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Jacob was able to take the punches better probably because of the weight advantage.

    That was GGG toughest bout.
Unfortunately I did not get to see the fight past the fifth round and I am a fan of both these fighters. Mike Tyson was asked at his high point if he saw his replacement on the horizon and at the time he had the gall to say he hasn't been born yet and the next fight was with Douglas. GGG will be wishing Jacobs a happy birthday one of these days but like I said I am a fan of both and I believe GGG keeps fighting tougher opponents each fight and one of my favorites is Jacobs and I wouldn't want to be on the other side of the ring from Mr. G.

I think that the 160 division has been a bit barren during the years of GGG most of the stars have been in 147,154 and 175. That being said now there staring to be some light in division which going to make it harder.
