Anyone seen Winky Wright vs Julio Ceasr Vaquez....what a fight

this fight was a brawl, Winky's style was slightly different then and Vasquez was at his peak.
Winky was knocked down 7 times and looked like he was going to get knocked out , but everytime he went down he got up again and faced the argentinian with heart of that i have never seen him use.
Julio was abit too strong and just roughed him up side to side, but Winky definetly holded his own, infact alot of the time he was just outboxing him.
Even though he was losing, Wright had the balls to trade with him....he was still green but he lost with diginity and remained on his feet till the final bell.

Most definetely. Wright has actually excellent in that fight. Wright being put down 7 times does not tell the full story of that fight.

yes....winky was practically winning the fight, but the last few knockdowns were pretty clean and WInky was dead tired and holding on. Thats how Vaquez got his points victory, the first few knockdowns were more of flash knockdowns although a punch did cause it.

Yea I heard about that fight. In an interview, Winky said he was wearing slippery shoes, and he was slipping and sliding. I'm a Wright fan, but I dunno. I gotta see the fight first. You gotta PM. Thanx.
