This is what Barry Hearn asked Evander Holyfield at ringside on Saturday -

“I think it was one of the best heavyweight fights. I always thought Ali-Frazier – the trilogy – was the best, but of course there was only one knockdown in the first one, when Ali broke his jaw. I spoke to Evander Holyfield on Saturday night and said to him, ‘Can you remember a world title fight when both heavyweights went down?’, and between us we couldn’t.

Cooper v Holyfield rings a bell. Evanders stubborn pride still won't let him admit he was ruled down eh

Was there no title involved for Holyfield Bowe III

And didn't he get a standing count against Bert Cooper?

    I could be wrong there

Yes I think Evander was stopped from hitting the canvas by the ropes and took a count there.
