Bollocks cards as per usual. Way too wide. The right guy won, but you have to have more respect for Rosales than the judges gave him.
I had Selby by about 3 rounds.

dunno about that. If Groves wins tomorrow night, he's no.1 in the division in my book.
If he wins on his 4th attempt again his weakest opponent he's tried against that doesn't make him number 1 for me. Especially not in a vacancy fight. To me to even consider a claim he has to beat one of the champions.

Don't mean to start a battle but I've yet to hear a fair card from the UK.

I'm not sure he could because he has no power. If he wants to have fans he can't just run.
He will not pause to set himself and so yes he does not seem to have enough power to keep the opponent off him but he does more than 'run' and you can help him tweak that style. The unorthodox thing is a Sanigar hallmark and has served Haskins etc well. Horses for courses but early days.

It doesn't matter if it's 1st attempt or 4th, at this moment in time, I don't think any of the champions beat him. The only one I have a mild doubt about is Ramirez. And Callum Smith is a 50/50 and he's not even a champion.
But going back to Anthony Selby, fucking hell, his interview! "I don't even like Boxing, I just like the Cheques!

I thought it was fair, Rosales was landing single shots at best and was getting hit a lot.

It is probably the truth, he has natural skills but can not be bothered getting hit and hurt.

Just to be clear. I didn't say he just runs. I said he can't just run if he wants fans. From his interview he seems to know he has to tighten up his defense. First thing for me would be to get that chin off the platter. He looked to me like he betrays his movement too early and would struggle with a fighter that used feints.

We'll have to agree to disagree. 1, 2, 7, 12 and I can't remember if it was 5 or 6 all could easily go to Rosales. Not all should but with a KD like Primo said it should have been around 3 rounds separate.

Certainly closer than the cards. Hard to score clearly though. And quite different being there.

If Askin wasn't so obvious with his attack this one would be over. So clearly only looking for 1 right hand.
