Quick question. Why is it such an awful thing that America have pulled out of this deal?

Lets assume for one crazy moment that any pledges America made in signing this deal are still going to happen and that they aren't going to start an Eiffel Tower sized coal fire in the rain forest in celebration.

    What difference does it make?

As an aside. It really fills me with embarrassment as an English man when I hear English commentary on all things Trump. It doesnt matter if its here, in the office or on the news, I find it unbearably arrogant. I genuinely dont know where we as a people get the stones to snigger over our tea and toast given that we're doing such a great job of running our country.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

I really respect that honesty and frankness and self-analysis there. That is something that very few people are able to do. I also agree with what you just said there. Not only have the British not put their house in order at all but yes sniggering over toast and tea is a very good analogy to make their. I really like that a lot. Yes you are right it is just a Witch Hunt but it is not only happening in the UK my friend it is happening anywhere where the globalists are writing and speaking and commenting. It is happening on all the mainstream TV stations in this country as well. It is the globalists the globalists the ones who want a One World Government the ones who want to suck out the patriotism and the nationalism of every country, who want all the borders to disappear and who think that all human beings should be mixed together in one big soup because everybody is equal and we should all share in the same soup. Great points about the climate agreement there my friend great points I agree

Did I blame the US for the pollution here? I brought it up because it is a serious problem. The pollution is 40% domestic and 60% from China. Here it is because of the use of coal and it has become a political issue. Obviously it cannot carry on like this as people are getting sick and dying. Isn't it a terrible thing when people die because they cannot even bretathe the air? It's bad whoever does it wherever it happens. Most countries of the world accept it is a problem and want to do something. Do you not think Trump is being shortsighted on this or can he still do no wrong?
USA contribute 14% of the worlds pollution. With China and India they make up about 54% of the worlds pollution. If they have agreed to reduce then so should USA. Money does not matter when innocent lives are at stake and dying from poor air quality puts further strain on the health system.

So there is absolutely no merit to your suggestion that responsible conservation can keep both cars and actually provide sustainable jobs in growing industries.

We are not running out of hydrogen or wind or solar power anytime soon.

The world is changing. Better hop on before you get left behind.
Ummm I'm sorry I thought Climate Change was an EXXXXXTREME threat to humanity ergo rights must be taken away, livelihoods must be ruined, power plants must be closed, and any kind of industrialization must be halted or else _________ might happen be it the sea levels rising millimeters over a period of decades OR giant storms that we created OR manbearpig.

Hydrogen is a volatile gas there are car multiple wrecks every single day that MIGHT be a bad idea to run 100% of vehicles on that gas. What renewable power can you run cars on? Wind? Solar?

Let me just ask you a question (which I already know the answer to by the way)....Where does hydrogen come from? You know, so you can use it for all of these wonderful things like cars and industry. Also how would one go about moving Hydrogen....through a pipeline? On a tanker truck? A boat? This isn't the EXTREME it's a matter of being pragmatic and practical. These are veryday questions that people in the working world will have to address.

Just in case you'd care for an opinion that is not mine here you go...

Yeah, the world changes regardless of what us humans do, the climate has changed before and will change again.....regardless of what people do. The human impact on the climate is small to nil, now people might disagree with that, but 1 big volcano eruption will make anything the Paris Accord set out to do moot

In a press conference putin called for calm reminding people much of the accords don't come into effect until 2021. He said jokingly now all bad weather can be blamed on western imperialism

When 97% of the world's scientists agree about the problem, that we've been able to measure quite accurately the amount of C02 in the air at staggering levels and when greedy bastards like Disney's CEO got out of Trump gov for this retraction, I think that we can easily say that yes, climate change is a PROBLEM and it would be about time for the denial-ers to get their fact straights and to evaluate the consequences for the species (including ours) VERY seriously.

Trump is as idiot as he is ignorant. At least, there is a glimpse of sun: on a procedural level, the US can't pull out before 2020 and Trump is quite likely to not get reelected.

@Nameless, bruh I respect you and all but there's a few things wrong with what you're saying

#1. That whole "97% of the world's scientists agree" deal is false John Cook started this myth and yeah it's a MYTH that 97% of "The World's Scientists" his survey sample was in the double digits, I think there's more than 99 scientists in the world don't you? ALSO even if you accept that "study" it doesn't provide a magnitude of climate change is it millions of degrees in a matter of years or thousands of feet of seas level change in months? NO! We're not talking whole degrees and we're barely talking millimeters in sea levels OVER DECADES! And it also NEVER weighs in on the benefits of cheap fuels.

#2. CO2 regardless of where it comes from is plant food and therefore limiting that would be bad for?? PLANTS! https://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms13428

#3. The Paris Climate Accord is an "Accord" and not a Treaty ergo Jean Claude Junker can fuck right off with his "Meeeh, you can't leave for years meeeeeeh" bullshit, Treaties have to pass through congress and Barack Obama decided (for some unknown reason ) decided NOT to send this agreement through Congress and therefore it's not a binding treaty because the representatives of the people didn't have their say and President Obama acted like a dictator.

#4. Donald Trump will be reelected people voted for him to do EXACTLY like that. The United States alone isn't flipping the bill for Global Warming/Climate Change et al.

If you see rising water no worries, those are just the tears of Al Gore and Leo DiCaprio.

Global warming is a phenomenon which occurs naturally. Mankind has very little to do with it if anything at all. These are fluctuations which occur on waves whose crests and troughs are separated by millions and millions of years
