Default FS1 Fight Night: Tureano Johnson vs Sergiy Derevyanchenko

Very nice main event between these two for the mandatory #1 spot in the ibf. Long road back for Johnson after last seconds loss to Stevens a few years ago. He previously won eliminator for Golovkin fight but suffered rotator cuff injury in doing so and is coming in tonight with only 2 rounds under his belt in 22 months! Doesn't bode well facing Derevyanchenko but still has the making of a quality scrap.

Co main also shapes up good with 17-0-1 Immanuwel Aleem taking on Hugo Centeno Jr. 25-1 middleweights. Undoubatly going to be endless hype for tomorrow nights circus show, will do best to avoid that . Card set to kick off in one hour here, 8pm on Fox Sports 1.

btw if you're in Texas hunker down if you have not bugged out by now, this cat. 4 hurricane looks like a beast. Good luck!

Austin Dulay 10-0 and Carlos Padilla to start. Southpaw Dulay has a look about him, pretty poised punching to head and body. Padilla looks run of the mill out of Columbia. When he's fought elsewhere he has lost. Lands a solid punch after the bell on Dulay to end 2nd

Dulay drops him in a heap along the ropes late 3rd, both talking it up as round ends. Sharp puncher. Lets see Dulay as a finisher Nevermind corner waves it between rounds. If Dulay loses the man-bun ffs he'll be fun to watch.

Aleem finding Ceteno in the 1st. Controlled pressure. Ceteno using tons of energy and punching from the backseat a bit. Jabs coming on well in 2nd though!

Centeno made him look silly there, quick 1-2 sends Aleem back and mouthpiece flying out. Confidence is up in 2nd.

You have to know how to fight to wear your hair like that. This should be good! Tureano looks bulked up.

Accuracy of Sergiy all day in 1st. Smart movement. If Johnson keeps bulling in with few punches I just hope he packed a lunch.

Sergiy really doing a number, punch and get out now the aggressor. Awesome punch selection and spins Johnson in circles once Tureano plants in 3rd.

A bit annoying watching the ref warn the Ukrainian for pushing then he just keeps doing it over and over so what, the ref has decided it's okay? Because he's stopped warning him

Tureano all heart but his legs are starting to go stiff and that head moves as much as concrete. Simply cannot get out of the path of that short hard jab.

Kind of sucks, Johnson might as well have his hands in his pockets into the 6th. Johnson needs to go for all or nothing, he is really swelling up.
