Default Wisaksil Wangek Roman Gonzalez II

Last fight was epic in my humble opinion. I love a good upset and lets face it Wangek was given no chance in fight one. I think he surprised everyone and fought a great fight against Chocoholic. After taking Kryptonite or something he showed super work rate against the former p4p no1.

A couple of questions. Even if Chocoholic wins fight number two does that still mean he will never get his p4p n1 slot back?

If Wangek wins fight number two does that make him number one in the division?

I'm looking forward to this fight

I had Chocolatito winning the 1st. @Fenster was one guy who knew how difficult Wangek would be. I also thought it was going to be a difficult fight. Wangek was starting to push Caudras when their fight was cut short. Caudras conveniently avoided him after that. I think a focused Gonzalez with his mind right after his trainer's passing takes this one.

Well remembered - i'm proud of that gamble/thread, Wangek was way overpriced at 9/1, he had the strong formline with Cuadras plus natural size, power, engine, circumstance, plenty going for him.

However, I think Choco won, his work was much more crisper, neat and compact. He wasn't "robbed" but unlucky to not get the decision.

As for the P4P thing - I thought it was shameful how swiftly Choco was disgarded by most (including lots of "respected" publications/podcasts/pundits) after dropping a disputed decision, in a terrific fight, to one of his top rated fellow competitors. Just goes to enforce that P4P is nothing more than a flavour of the month popularity contest.
