I think there's a lot more fans that just "dislike" Canelo and feel as though he has had everything laid out for him as a golden boy fighter.

I like both of these fighters but prefer Canelos style.

HTF is Floyd, who struggled with a welterweight Maidana twice a few years ago going to keep GGG at middleweight?

You are in cloud cuckoo land.

Floyd will never ever fight at 160.

He is old, rich and told us in 2011 he will never fight above 154.

No one is expecting Floyd to step back in the ring and fight GGG or Canelo
(a guy he already schooled 11-1, something GGG could not do!).

Floyd is done, retired and old and should not be mentioned anymore as a potential opponent for anyone.

Do you honestly think GGG would have beaten Ward?

Be honest now..the world is watching.

Canelo has been GGG toughest opponent and a little, tiny welterweight in Floyd mayweather played with him..lol

I never sad Golovkin could beat Ward but he sure would beat Floyd who would be out of his depth against triple G.

There was a reason Floyd would only fight Golovkin at light middle because he is too small at middleweight.

So stop the nonsense that Floyd would beat Golovkin because he beat Canelo easier.

You know better. Gamo is just too stupid to understand this.

Sorry, but if weight was not an issue (in this P4P fantasy) Floyd would beat GGG every day of the week.

Floyd is too old to fight someone like GGG now..especially at 160.

154 or below 5 years ago is acceptable.

GGG a outstanding amateur since being champion in the pros only two fighters have lasted the full 12 rounds, shit some people are never happy
it seems the ginger one did not fancy standing his ground to often.
Canelo did not like the pace of the fight GGG dictated the pace and he put a lot of pressure Canelo could only move or run I dont think its a case of can GGG get any better, can the ginger one beat him fair and square.!

Does Canelo even want a rematch, he looked shattered in there at times.

I wonder what Oscar and him will do next.

    No other options make sense.

    Most money on the table.

    The rematch must happen!

Watch what they do and not what they say because they were "marinating" this contest for 18 months.

Ward is a light heavyweight. It's like saying Why doesn't Ward jump up two weights to fight Joshua?

Both jacobs and Canelo failed in their attempts vs a washed up 35 year old. Both guys ran and were scared of the power. Back to caneloweight for Alvarez vs guys more on his level. He tried stepping up to win the titles but came up short and his own fans bood him for not fighting like a Mexican. Tragic night for his career vs an old man

Ward was at 168 when he called out Golovkin.

Surely the real question is can Canelo get any better? What Golovkin did by consensus was good enough to win the fight and win it pretty handily. It's Canelo that needs to find a bit more, but from where? Unless Golovkin deteriorates rapidly, Canelo now knows what every sane person knew going into the fight. There aint a cat in hells chance of him chinning the fucker, so he needs to go the long way around. His constant back peddling was not of his own doing, he was in retreat for most of the fight because he had no choice. The 35 year old who they hoped would be a little more shop worn, had too much engine for him and he couldnt compete.

It's Canelo that needs to make changes. Or.......do what they've been doing for the past couple of years and hope Golovkin fades enough to get the win at the second attempt.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Ward wasn't fighting anyone. He had contract issues. But even if he did call out a guy in the division below him they are still in different weight classes
