They can only get plea deals if they have information that can be used to charge other people with crimes.

By the way Lyle Mueller is a geniune American hero. He's a blue blooded guy who could have developed "bone spurs" and dodged the war with half a dozen deferments like Trump but instead he volunteered to join the Marines and went off and won a chest full of medals, served another tour over there and came back and devoted his life to public service. He could have made millions in the private sector and turned it all down to serve his country. After he's finished his investigation he won't hold a press conference, won't go on TV, won't write a book or say anything in public about the investigation. He'll quietly go back to doing what he was doing before he took this investigation on. In this day and age with the horrific shower of shit you have running politics and business he's a fucking unicorn and he puts all those loudmouth crazy bullshitting frauds and conmen to shame.
"It's not political I super swear!!!!!"....sing yourself another lullaby. Mueller and Rosenstein combined times one thousand have less than nothing. They had over zealous sheister lawyers like Andrew Weissman who bullshit their way into positions where they try to turn folks on each other when there's 0 to turn on and then get shut the fuck down 9-0 by the Supreme Court like what happened with Andersen Accounting. General Michael Flynn is INNOCENT, he pleaded guilty because defending himself was costing big money...even some who oppose Trump don't know why Flynn was attacked by these maggots. Carter Page, was an in for FISA taps on everyone in Trump's camp and guess what, still a big fat goose egg from that. George Papadopolous was an entrapment job and let me tell you, when THAT unfolds it's not Trump who will be worried, it's England and Alexander Downer who will be worried because THEY stuck their fucking noses in our election.

I'm sorry after Bill Clinton's draft dodging was pooh poohed I'm not listening to a single PEEP from your end on draft dodging. You don't get to have it both ways, maybe int he past you did, but not anymore.

You speak of bullshit and conmen and what you wanted Hillary as President? Yeah I take you REAL seriously. Pack it up Kirk, you're done

If you're innocent you don't need lawyers Lyle, you just have to tell the truth. Nobody pleads guilty to crimes they didn't commit. In Flynn's case pleading guilty has cost him millions, he's unemployable now in the jobs he could have walked into previously and nobody wants to hire a convicted felon. He's destined for an Oliver North career on Fox News and the conservative wingnut welfare circuit. And Lyle, if the number three person in government behind Trump and Pence has been given a plea deal, who could possibly be above Flynn in the list of people who could be prosecuted where he would get a plea deal instead of being charged? The Feds can't give out plea bargains unless they get information that can snag somebody higher up the chain. Flynn has a plea deal.

Once again for your little shelf, Page was wiretapped after he left the Trump campaign. Trump could declassify the part of the FISA warrant that would show whether it was used to check Page's contacts with the Trump campaign but has refused to do that despite declassifying other parts of it. And the rest of it is just fact free ranting and nonsensical stuff. Read a fucking newspaper instead of getting your information from crazy conspiracy sites.

Sure you do that when the FBI interviews you then. Actually yes people DO plead guilty to shit they didn't do all the fucking time. Flynn was losing millions defending himself and the FBI were going to drag it out and drag it out because Uncle Sam has deeper pockets than anyone else.

If your innocent you don’t need lawyers. Ever see anyone jailed for a crime they didn’t commit? Our system is built on plea deals. It is a shitty way to treat people. When u are being interviewed by the authorities they do not have your best interest in mind. Of course you want a lawyer. Kirk you should go back to copy and paste, it’s safer for you.

From Flynn's first interview with the FBI, at which he didn't have a lawyer present, to Flynn's newly retained lawyer cutting a deal with the FBI took about six weeks. Flynn retained a lawyer about a month before the deal happened and he retained a lawyer who specialises in cutting plea deals, not a trial lawyer. The FBI had Flynn bang to rights on a variety of charges including acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government, something Flynn admitted to when he retroactively registered. The FBI weren't dragging anything out, they heard what Flynn's lawyer could offer them in a proffer session (look proffer session up, it's part of any plea deal thickhead) realised he had evidence they could use to charge people higher up the ladder and offered him a plea deal in record time. Flynn's legal fees would have been in the tens of thousands but are irrelevant here. Anybody at Flynn's level, ex four star general ex NSA could make millions a year in the private sector as a non felon. Flynn had millions of reasons to turn down any deal where he pled guilty but had no choice because the FBI had the goods on him. He admitted guilt and then gave them evidence of further criminal activity by others to get his deal.

You just can't face the truth Lyle. You'll cling to any kind of bullshit claims to avoid dealing with the facts. Whatever the fuck DECLAS is is the latest load of shit you've swallowed. It'll turn out to be as big a deal as all the other loads of garbage you've posted over the last couple of years.

    It's not this is it?

Yeah sure if they had Gen. Flynn "bang to rights on a variety of charges" why only a plea on a process crime? These are extremely serious allegations and I highly doubt someone looking at treason and espionage charges would be handed a light deal REGARDLESS of what he could hand over in terms of higher ups. If what General Flynn did is criminal then John Kerry's asshole should be cinched shut with fear because he has been working as a member of the US Government, when he's not affiliated with the US Government anymore a clear and brazen violation of the Logan Act.

Did you bother to read that article or did you just see "Headline says Trump caved, so the Democrats win" and figure it meant good news for your side? I'm betting that's what you did, because all it says is that Trump retains the right to release those declassified documents if he thinks the IG is taking too long in releasing them.....so do you get that? Trump wants transparency, the IG and Democrats are saying "WAIT WAIT WAIT NO NO NO" and Trump says "OK, I'll wait, but make it snappy or I'll release them"......so it begs the question what's in those files that could be declassified that the IG and Democrats DON'T want the public to see....you can pretend it's about other nations all you want but those guys don't vote, they can MAYBE make things harder in a foreign policy manner and that too makes you wonder "Gee, what have these busy bees been up to?" I can guarantee you it ain't Russia they're trying to protect.

NORTH DAKOTA DEMOCRATS BUY ADS DISCOURAGING HUNTERS FROM VOTING
    https://dailycaller.com/2018/11/01/n...ok-ad-hunters/
The North Dakota arm of the Democratic Party is running ads on Facebook discouraging hunters from turning out to vote in Tuesday’s midterm elections.

“ATTENTION HUNTERS: If you vote in North Dakota, you may forfeit hunting licenses you have in other states. If you want to keep your out-of-state hunting licenses, you may not want to vote in North Dakota,” read the pair of ads.

The state party is running the ads under a Facebook page titled “Hunter Alerts,” Facebook’s ad archive shows. The “Hunter Alerts” page was created Wednesday, a day before the ads appeared on Facebook.

I’m all for trump putting the 14th amendment through the Supreme Court for clarification. Some of the wording of the amendment leaves room for a different interpretation than straight out citizenship at birth for people who aren’t hear legally. I would be very interested to see the decisions from the Supreme Court
