The Democrats will keep trying though.
All you're doing is regurgitating accusations from a book in turn regurgitated from POTUS who would do well to focus on the peoples business rather than using the power of the office to advance his personal election goals. Focus on his own family and conflicts of interest as well. No one at all verifies a single thing about 'walking out' with 1.5 billion and nothing illegal has come of it. But it's the only distract and swerve Trump has going for him so eat it up. How'd those nuclear talks with NK go today? How's the other corruption fight(s) going? Gimme a brake.

He invited a hostile foreign power to insert itself in a U.S election way of U.S candidates. On television. Live. And then did it again all the while with trade 'deals' and terms in the wind and in limbo with China. That is no opinion that is fact.

Believe me I hear everything you're saying and I understand all those points. But let's see if in a court of law or whatever they're doing to look into his statement let's see if anything comes out of it because I think it will not. I think it does not rise to the level of criminal activity. Remember he has freedom of speech just like anybody else. Saying why doesn't China look into it or maybe China should look into it is simply a free statement by a free human being. The jump from that to proving criminal intent it's something we have to wait and see I guess. But I believe without being a barrister myself that it does not rise to that level.

The FACT is that CrowdStrike never allowed the FBI first-hand access to the server and so the FBI doesn't have first-hand evidence of Russian hacking....even if there was "sign" of Russian hacking Vault 7 material shows that such "sign" can be faked and dropped there on purpose. But again, you've got 0 proof, Comey and Mueller likewise have 0 proof.

"B-b-b-b-but they indicted the 25 Russians".....yes who will never been seen or heard from EVER so isn't that so very convenient? "Those guys did it, we've indicted them." Gee I guess it's case closed then

So it's kind of moot anyway.
We'll see how it plays out, I like your confidence though..."We didn't get him the last 80 times, but this time, THIS time will be different. THIS time we're nailing him!!!"
One day now. It didn't even stay on your shelf one day! Before any indictment happens the charges are gone thorugh by the (in this case) Trump/Barr DOJ. Every single word of the Mueller team's indictment was checked and proved out by senior DOJ staff. There are hundreds of DOJ lawyers whose job it is to check every single federal indictment. So unless the Trump DOJ is part of the conspiracy then there is enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Russians hacked the DNC servers.

The other stuff you bring up has already been covered before and of course has fallen off your little shelf. Your teeny, tiny little shelf Lyle.

    OH NOOOOOOOOOOO

It's not a felony. Getting in touch with the House intell committee is one of the legal options whistleblowers have when they decide to blow the whistle. In this case the whistleblower got in touch with the IG and when nothing was happening got in touch with the committee who advised him to get a lawyer. This is a regular occurence apparently.

And how about this then Lyle?

WASHINGTON — Weeks before the whistleblower's complaint became public, the CIA's top lawyer made what she considered to be a criminal referral to the Justice Department about the whistleblower's allegations that President Donald Trump abused his office in pressuring the Ukrainian president, U.S. officials familiar with the matter tell NBC News.
The move by the CIA's general counsel, Trump appointee Courtney Simmons Elwood, meant she and other senior officials had concluded a potential crime had been committed, raising more questions about why the Justice Department later declined to open an investigation.
The phone call that Elwood considered to be a criminal referral is in addition to the referral later received as a letter from the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community regarding the whistleblower complaint.

And how about those text messages, eh? A criminal conspiracy laid out in text messages. And they only released a small number of the ones they have so far. And this is only the first witness. Trump and Pompeo were desperate to stop the people involved testifying but they're all desperate to testify for some reason. Next one is on Tuesday.

I have to say again Lyle this is definitely the time for Trump to drop the hammer and reveal that this is all a gigantic conspiracy and lock up all the Democrat deep state plotters. Any day now.

Sometimes simply saying "Ya know what..wait a minute. Maybe I was off on an individual and need to reassess". I have a friend I went to school with who is in a command position with ICE. Regardless of politics he's a solid sincere dude and finds increasing disagreement with deportation and boarder policies but understandably won't go into details. We've talked at least monthly for the last 30+ years and needless to say he's right of right on many things and a bonified Conservative. Said he felt like he had fallen for the long con and finally kicked in the balls over the last couple of weeks. The reach out to China was the topper. Dude even sent his hat back .
Actually repeating the crime on live TV is an interesting strategy. It's like Nixon holding a press conferecne and saying yeah I authorised the Watergate break in and if there's anybody out there who can steal Democratic party dirt please steal it and bring it to me, I'll pay you.

If this was a criminal investigation and not a political event Trump would be bang to rights. He's lucky he's prez or he'd be facing indictment. Having said that the other participants are not prez and it can only be a matter of time until the FBI get involved here. They were part of a criminal conspiracy and they took notes.

My scandal keeps getting more scandalous by the day. Trump was pressuring the Ukrainian leader to crack down on corruption, nothing to do with trying to maufacture a criminal case against his political rival and the guy hammering him in the 2020 election polls.

Although the latest Trump story is that Rick Perry made him do it, something about a Ukrainian gas firm that we're going to hear more about.

This looks like the first instalment:

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — As Rudy Giuliani was pushing Ukrainian officials last spring to investigate one of Donald Trump’s main political rivals, a group of individuals with ties to the president and his personal lawyer were also active in the former Soviet republic.
Their aims were profit, not politics. This circle of businessmen and Republican donors touted connections to Giuliani and Trump while trying to install new management at the top of Ukraine’s massive state gas company. Their plan was to then steer lucrative contracts to companies controlled by Trump allies, according to two people with knowledge of their plans.

    [...]

But the affair shows how those with ties to Trump and his administration were pursuing business deals in Ukraine that went far beyond advancing the president’s personal political interests. It also raises questions about whether Trump allies were mixing business and politics just as Republicans were calling for a probe of Biden and his son Hunter, who served five years on the board of another Ukrainian energy company, Burisma.
On Friday, according to the news site Axios, Trump told a group of Republican lawmakers that it had been Perry who had prompted the phone call in which Trump asked Zelenskiy for a “favor” regarding Biden. Axios cited a source saying Trump said Perry had asked Trump to make the call to discuss “something about an LNG (liquefied natural gas) plant.”

    [..]

The Trump and Giuliani allies driving the attempt to change the senior management at Naftogazt, however, appear to have had inside knowledge of the U.S. government’s plans in Ukraine. For example, they told people that Trump would replace the U.S. ambassador there months before she was actually recalled to Washington, according to three of the individuals interviewed by the AP. One of the individuals said he was so concerned by the whole affair that he reported it to a U.S. Embassy official in Ukraine months ago.
    THE BUSINESSMEN
Ukraine, a resource-rich nation that sits on the geographic and symbolic border between Russia and the West, has long been plagued by corruption and government dysfunction, making it a magnet for foreign profiteers.
At the center of the Naftogaz plan, according to three individuals familiar with the details, were three such businessmen: two Soviet-born Florida real estate entrepreneurs, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, and an oil magnate from Boca Raton, Florida, named Harry Sargeant III.
Parnas and Fruman have made hundreds of thousands of dollars in political donations to Republicans, including $325,000 to a Trump-allied political action committee in 2018. This helped the relatively unknown entrepreneurs gain access to top levels of the Republican Party — including meetings with Trump at the White House and Mar-a-Lago.

    [.]

A second meeting during the trip, at a Kyiv hotel, included Ukrainian officials and energy sector people. There, Perry made clear that the Trump administration wanted to see the entire Naftogaz supervisory board replaced, according to a person who attended both meetings. Perry again referenced the list of advisers that he had given Zelenskiy, and it was widely interpreted that he wanted Michael Bleyzer, a Ukrainian-American businessman from Texas, to join the newly formed board, the person said. Also on the list was Robert Bensh, another Texan who frequently works in Ukraine, the Energy Department confirmed.
Gordon D. Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, and Kurt D. Volker, then the State Department’s special envoy to Ukraine, were also in the room, according to photographs reviewed by AP. The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to fear of retaliation, said he was floored by the American requests because the person had always viewed the U.S. government “as having a higher ethical standard.”

It can only be a matter of time until the FBI get involved here. I wonder if Barr tries to appoint a special prosecutor to bury the whole thing. Looks like more is going to come out in the next few days on Trump's fight against corruption in Ukraine.

Also, too, it turns out this wasn't the first time Trump has shaken down the Ukrainian government to get political favours by using US taxpayer dollars. The first time was a bribe to actually stop the Ukrainian justice department stop investigations into Ukrainian corruption:

KIEV, Ukraine — In the United States, Paul J. Manafort is facing prosecution on charges of money laundering and financial fraud stemming from his decade of work for a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine.
But in Ukraine, where officials are wary of offending President Trump, four meandering cases that involve Mr. Manafort, Mr. Trump’s former campaign chairman, have been effectively frozen by Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.
The cases are just too sensitive for a government deeply reliant on United States financial and military aid, and keenly aware of Mr. Trump’s distaste for the investigation by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, into possible collusion between Russia and his campaign, some lawmakers say.
The decision to halt the investigations by an anticorruption prosecutor was handed down at a delicate moment for Ukraine, as the Trump administration was finalizing plans to sell the country sophisticated anti-tank missiles, called Javelins.

Trump says Black people built America,(and he is 100% correct).

    But guess what ?

Meanwhile when white or non-Black people are harmed or inconvenienced, financial compensation comes immediately.

No talk about “studying” what happened.
    No talk about “free education”.

    Just cash

MGM and Las Vegas shooting victims reach settlement of up to $800 million

But Trump is still a white supremacist as he allows white supremacist cops to conducting Nazi Gestapo style raids on innocent Black people around the country.

Using grenades, instruments of war, on black people. Blowing doors to oblivion. They're using military implements of war on people with a few sacks of weed in the house. In Tulsa, OK or Black Wallstreet, they dropped bombs on black Americans. Bombs from WWI. Know the truth

So I don't give a fk how many black ass kissers 45 hugs.

This is a voting tactic because he knows his black vote is tanking. But what he said is true.

It would be a massive check mate if Trump gave ADOS (American descendants of Slaves) TANGIBLES just for us and no one else. It would dismantle the entire political system. He could write that executive order and drop the mic.. but that would only add fuel to the fire for those who THINK ADOS are Trump Supporters

    More this evening.
On the contrary, gas yourself up about it, go nuts.... it's amusing to me and here's the best part....it's only going to get MORE amusing for me.
    Yes Lyle.

On my side of this bet the heroes are men who turned down tens of millions of dollars in private sector income to dedicate their lives to serving their country in law enforcement and intelligence/national security fields. They include decorated war heroes and their records show decades of exemplary service to their countries.

On your side of the bet your heroes are a bunch of convicted felons led by a man who stole money from a childrens' cancer charity.

I can understand why you're so jealous of me boasting about my scandal.

    OK Kirkland.

If you want to big up yourself 24/7/365 until all this is finally concluded go right ahead. I'm actually quite looking forward to it.

I have this distinct feeling that once this is all over you'll be rocking in a fetal position rambling about your being on the "right side of history" as you weep the tears of unfathomable sadness.

But hey, let's see how it plays out shall we?

This would be when the childrens' cancer charity thief drops the hammer and all these lifelong public servants turn out to be a bunch of crooks and are carted off to Guantanamo, right Lyle?

Seriously Lyle what in the fucking world leads you to believe that all the good guys in this are really a bunch of crooks and that the actual known crooks/convicted felons/proven liars/conmen are the good guys?

Just take this latest scandal Lyle. The impeachment thing. Forget about Trump using his office and half a billion taxpayer dollars to serve his own interests.

Apart from that crime which we won't take into consideration here there now exists documented evidence that Trump was running a black propaganda operation against the American public. He was at the head of a months long campaign to use US taxpayer money, US diplomatic staff, personal lawyers and bagmen and we now know Russian immigrant crooked businessmen to get the Ukrainian pm to open an investigation into his main political rival, a man who was hammering him in the 2020 election polls.

This went as far as US State Department staff drafting a statement for the Ukrainian PM to issue announcing the investigation into Biden and various other stuff to pin the 2016 election interference on Ukraine and not Russia. Just in itself this is massively illegal. Unsurprisingly it's illegal to use covert propaganda to try and influence the American democratic process. You can get life in prison for doing it.

The fact that Trump was doing this isn't in question. One of the officials involved has already admitted his part with more of the conspirators to follow. Doesn't this give you pause that Trump might not actually be the good guy in all this?

    Gee how to address this?

I mean you're already measuring drapes for the Oval Office by the looks of it. How do you see this whole "impeachment" process playing out. Have you even for 1 solitary second thought "Gee why are they doing an 'impeachment inquiry' instead of calling for the up/down vote on impeachment immediately?"

I really like the in depth look at Trump and Trump's alleged criminality when in order to see those things you've got to willingly look past a great deal of crooked dealings by many a Democrat up to and including your precious Barack Hussein Obama.

I'll say what I've always said.....we'll see what happens.

Oh but keep the trash talking going, I'm enjoying it

    This white dude

    • Murdered 2 women
    • Murdered 1 child
    • Attacked multiple officers
    • Choked an innocent bystander

    All while naked

And police did not beat him, or fire one single shot at him. He was taken in completely.

Yet Tamir Rice was playing in a park when a 911 wolf cried had him killed. Cops DELIBERATELY plan to murder black people and cover it up by making the victim out to be the bad guy. It's legal, government sanctioned murder of black people.

Today in Trump. I use him an example when they say to black people "well if they had just complied, they wouldn't be dead"
